Privacy policy

Homely (meethomely.com) is run by Tregaron Global Solutions Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Tregaron Global Solutions Pte. Ltd.. We look after your personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

• Account details: your email address. If you sign in with Google, we also get your name and profile picture from your Google account.
• What you upload and make: your floor plans, the layout we read from them, the styles and furniture you pick, any notes you add to a render, and the renders themselves.
• Purchases: which pack you bought, when, and your credit balance. Stripe takes your card details. We never see or store them.
• Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser and error reports, which we need to run and secure the site.
• Usage analytics, only if you agree: which pages you visit and what you click, so we can see what works. You choose this in the cookie banner.

• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To read your floor plan and make the renders you ask for.
• To take payments and add credits to your account.
• To send emails you need, like sign-in links and receipts.
• To answer you when you get in touch.
• To fix problems, prevent abuse and improve Homely.

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use your floor plans or renders to train AI models.

If you sign in with Google, we only ask for your basic profile: your name, email address and profile picture. We use them to create and identify your account, and for nothing else. We don't use them for advertising, we don't sell them, and we don't share them except with the providers below that run the service.

Homely's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use a small number of providers to run Homely. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:

• Supabase: our database, sign-in and file storage, hosted in Singapore.
• Vercel: hosts the website, with servers in Singapore.
• OpenRouter, Google and Anthropic: the AI models that read your floor plan and make your renders. Your floor plan, choices and notes are sent to them for that purpose only.
• Stripe: handles checkout. Stripe sells you credit packs as the merchant of record, so it also handles tax and receipts.
• Resend: sends our emails.
• PostHog: usage analytics, only if you agree to it.

We may also share data if the law requires it, or with a buyer if the business is ever sold, in which case this policy still applies to your data.

Your account and files are stored in Singapore. Some providers, such as the AI models and email, process data in other countries, including the United States. When that happens we rely on their contractual safeguards so your data gets protection comparable to the PDPA.

We keep your account, floor plans and renders while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it and its files within 30 days. We keep purchase records for as long as tax law requires, which is usually five years.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics cookies only go on if you say yes in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing your cookies for this site.

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have your account deleted. Email hello@meethomely.comfrom the address on your account and we'll reply within 30 days.

Homelyis for adults planning their home. It isn't meant for anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your data, we'll email you before it takes effect. Our terms of service explain the rest of how Homely works.
